It’s time once again for New Years Eve at the Northern Edge.
We’re rolling out a special menu, live music by Old Dog New Tricks, and–for those who want the VIP treatment–a private party in the back.
What’s on the menu?
Start off with:
- Succulent Escargot
- Fresh-fried Calamari
- Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail
- Savory French Onion Soup
Move on to the entree:
- 18-oz bone-in Prime Rib; slow roasted and seasoned to perfection
- Northern Edge Stuffed Shrimp; Butterflied in the shell with our chef’s butter cracker and seafood stuffing, roasted and served with drawn butter
- Wisconsin Walleye; Coated with German mustard, crushed pecans, and Japanese Panko crumbs, oven roasted and served with our own raspberry thyme sauce
- Alaskan King Crab Legs; Steamed in court bullion, plit for you and served with drawn butter
- North Atlantic Cold Water Lobster Tails; twin 4-oz tails, split and broiled or stuffed with our chef’s butter cracker and seafood stuffing
- Surf & Turf; 8-oz bacon-wrapped beef tenderloin with your choice of 3 stuffed shrimp or half pound of king crab legs
- Pasta Alfredo; A deep dish of tender pasta topped with our home-made alfredo sauce and your choice of mixed seafood or prima vera.
Make a night of it
We have more than just food. Order one of our New Years Eve packages and make it a special night for you and your special someone. Special guests are invited into the Burgundy Room for a private party with a fine selection of our home-made hors d’oeuvres and champagne to toast in the New Year.
To make your evening both safe and extra special, we also offer an overnight package for two. We’ll book a room for you at the Lodi Valley Suites right next door. Feel free to drink and enjoy without having to worry about getting home afterward. You won’t even need to step outside–the hotel is connected to the Northern Edge. And to round out the perfect holiday, we’ll include our famous brunch on New Years Day.
Special Packages are on sale at the Lodi Pages.
